The service
Trazea lets you create and manage short links, QR codes, bio pages, forms, and campaigns, and measure how people interact with them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Workspace owners can invite team members, who act on the workspace owner's behalf.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe or MercadoPago and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes the resource limits and features published on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. When you downgrade, resources above the new plan's limits stop being available but are not deleted.
Acceptable use
You may not use Trazea to link to or distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive content; to send spam; to infringe others' rights; or for anything illegal. We may disable links, pages, or accounts involved in abuse, and will tell you when we do unless the law prevents it.
Your content
The content you create in Trazea is yours. You give us the permission we need to host, store, and serve it — that's the entire purpose of the service. Data submitted to your forms by your visitors is yours to manage responsibly, in line with the privacy commitments you make to them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Trazea fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of destinations your links point to.
Termination and contact
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. We'll update this page when the terms change and adjust the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: privacy@trazea.link.
